We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of vaping products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer due to hygiene and safety concerns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used e-liquids

  • Opened vape tanks, pods, or coils

  • Disposable vape devices

  • Items purchased on sale or through promotional offers

  • Any product showing signs of misuse, damage, or alteration

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


3. Reporting a Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing VAPBUZZ@GMAIL.COM.

Your email should include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence showing the defect or damage

Our support team will review your case and guide you through the return or replacement process.


4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the following:

  • The item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • The product and all accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.

  • The return is sent via a trackable courier service (recommended).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.


5. Inspection and Approval

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

If your payment was made via credit/debit card, refunds will be credited to the same card. If made through cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.


7. Exchange Policy

In cases where the item is defective or incorrect, Vapbuzz may offer an exchange instead of a refund. The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not covered under this policy.

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:
